We are thrilled to announce that the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) has invited the PCCS and the ESC Council for Cardiology Practice to collaborate on the General Cardiology for General Practitioners, Physicians and Technicians Track to be featured at ESC Congress 2024 in London on Sunday, 1st September 2024.

The ESC Congress is an invaluable event like no other. This year it is to be held in London, for the first time since 2015, at the ExCeL.

The General Cardiology for General Practitioners, Physicians and Technicians Track will include key topics such as:

• CVD management in the UK versus EU countries
• A practical seminar looking at secondary care lipid targets, lifestyle medicine, hypertension and frailty
• Practical case studies exploring diagnosis and management of HFpEF
• An examination of the ESC Guidelines 2022 and 2023, focusing in on cardio oncology, CVD and diabetes
